All of our marketing & PR support is currently carried out digitally, so we are able to continue to deliver our services and support our clients during this unsettling and challenging time.
Providing Flexible Support
With businesses having to make significant changes to how they work, we ensure that our support remains flexible. With some clients now working from home or adapting their business models, communication is key. We also adapt clients’ marketing and PR plans, so that they are more suitable to the changing market conditions, particularly in the way campaigns or services are delivered.
Adapting to Clients’ Needs
We have also had to make some changes at Mushroom Marketing & PR , too. Where we would normally visit client premises for presentations or contact meetings, we now offer video conferencing and online presentations. We are constantly adapting to find the best solutions to create the same results (or better!) and support businesses and charities the best way we possibly can.
We understand that our clients need us now more than ever. We keep their profile high, ensure their marketing platforms are kept up-to-date with all the latest information and manage the public perception of how they are responding to the crisis (both internally and externally).
