Pitching against 9 other agencies, Mushroom Marketing successfully won the contract to promote the launch campaign of a brand new health centre. By creating and carrying out a targeted integrated strategy (including both marketing & PR), we were able to reach the ideal audience.
We worked with key staff to devise a launch marketing & PR strategy that gained approval from the board (including members of NHS, Dorset Healthcare NHS Trust, Help & Care and BCHA). We designed, wrote and produced their branding items (logo, posters, leaflets, adverts, website, feedback questionnaires) and created a successful local campaign.
All our work resulted in achieving our objectives well ahead of plan. We organised a successful opening event, achieving plenty of local PR coverage across all media types. Most importantly, our launch campaign resulted in a plethora of patients walking through their doors.
We were also selected as finalist in the PR initiative category of the Langtry Manor Business Women Awards for this launch campaign.
